- OCTG Coatings: According to the environment and requirements of application for the domestic and foreign oil and gas fields, independently research and develop special anticorrosion coatings for internal and external oil drill pipe, casing and other special petroleum pipes.
- Pipeline Coatings: Development and application of products such as 3LPE(3LPP), adhesive, epoxy powder coating, drag reducing abrasion resistant coatings ,which are used on the steel pipeline equipment for oil and gas ,conveying brine, sewage and drinking water etc.
- Marine Coatings: Development and application of high-performance marine coatings.
- Protective Coatings: Development and application of high-performance protective coatings in such industries of as petro-chemical, offshore platform , heavy machinery, power plant, transportation and high-end architectures.
- Oilfield Chemicals: Engaged in the research and development of all kinds of chemicals in the process of oil exploration, drilling, transportation .
Achieved outstanding results in a number of scientific researches and won the title of Industry-University-Research Cooperation Demonstration Enterprises and the Excellent University-Industry-Research Cooperation Project Award through the cooperation with Fudan University, East China University of Science and Technology and Shanghai University in carrying out a lot of university-industry-research cooperation projects, including post-doctoral moblie workstations, the research on anti-hydrogen sulfide pipe coatings for the natural gas development system, the high-performance maleic anhydride grafted PE adhesive production technology, and the development preparation and application of PE anti-corrosion material for long transmission pipelines in permafrost.
